Specializing in Adolescent and Adult Mental Health.
You’ve always been the strong one. The high achiever. The one who gets things done — even when you’re falling apart inside.
Whether you’re a teen facing pressure at home or school, or a professional navigating identity, burnout, or anxiety, this space is for you.
You don’t have to explain your culture. You don’t have to shrink yourself to fit in. You get to be you here.
My approach is deeply rooted in the power of therapeutic relationship. I believe true meaningful change happens in spaces where we feel heard and valued.
I believe you are the expert of your personal story - I am the guide along the way. Together we will work to interrupt unhelpful thought patterns, incorporate sustainable tools and work through anything and everything that holds you back from truly experiencing life the way you envisioned.
I incorporate a number of evidence-based strategies that I will tailor based on what we are working from.
I work from an attachment lens, pulling from somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) strategies - in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) an evidence based trauma treatment modality that helps people work through painful memories, stress, or difficult emotions in a gentle and fast way. Instead of talking about all the details of what happened, ART uses simple eye movements (kind of like watching a hand move back and forth) to help the brain “reprogram” how upsetting memories are stored
Please email me directly if you cannot find an answer to your question.
In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals, and identify the best approach to support your journey. This is a relaxed, non-judgmental space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, knowing that you are heard and supported every step of the way.
Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and its duration varies based on individual needs, goals, and the challenges being addressed. Some clients experience relief and noticeable progress within a few sessions, while others may require longer-term support to achieve lasting transformation. During our work together, we will continuously assess your progress and adapt our approach to ensure you receive the right level of care for your healing and personal growth.
A counseling session typically lasts for approximately 60 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
All ART sessions will be approximately 90 minutes in length.
I do not offer direct billing at this time. However, I am able to provide invoices to submit to insurance companies.
Absolutely! I offer secure virtual therapy sessions, allowing you to access professional support in a way that best suits your lifestyle and needs. Virtual therapy provides a flexible and convenient option for those with busy schedules, mobility limitations, or a preference for the comfort of their own space. Regardless of the format, my commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and effective therapeutic experience remains the same.
Yes, confidentiality is a fundamental aspect of the therapeutic process, ensuring you feel safe and secure in sharing your thoughts and emotions. Everything discussed in our sessions remains strictly private, in accordance with professional ethical guidelines and legal standards. The only exceptions to this are situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law, such as cases involving child protection concerns. If any such situations arise, we will navigate them together with care and transparency.Add an answer to this item.
