Family Counselling & Parent Coaching
Do you need to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships with your teens?
Together I can help explore the underlying stressors and conflict in the family home. Whether there is a major transition, mental health issues, or everyday stress, I work with the family create understanding and collaboration so each member feels heard and supported.
Counselling if often especially recommended during times of of major life change, such as divorce, blended family adjustments, or general parenting struggles.
I also offer individual parenting coaching strategies to help you reconnect with your teenager.
