In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals, and identify the best approach to support your journey. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and its duration varies based on individual needs, goals, and the challenges being addressed. A counseling session typically lasts for approximately 60 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
All ART sessions will be approximately 90 minutes in length.
I do not offer direct billing at this time. However, I am able to provide invoices to submit to insurance companies.

Yes, confidentiality is a fundamental aspect of the therapeutic process, ensuring you feel safe and secure in sharing your thoughts and emotions. Everything discussed in our sessions remains strictly private, in accordance with professional ethical guidelines and legal standards. The only exceptions to this are situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law, such as cases involving child protection concerns.
